I always make my own sausages Sue - I have never liked bought ones as I so worry about the ingredients!Homemade are not hard & are absolutely delicious!
Not only the sausages look great but so does the salad! My dad used to make garlic sausages once a year when they came back from deer hunting. Iam getting hungry now.
How good do they look? We love gourmet sausages and will look into this(although my cheese-making kit and electric bottling unit lie idle!)xxx
